Our Bird Guarantee
If for any reason your male singing canary does not sing within ninety (90) days
of purchase, NATURE PET CENTERS will replace your non-singing canary with
another male canary of equal value, with the presentation of the bill of sale.
A maximum of two (2) replacement male canaries per initial purchase will be
allowed.

Our Domestic and
Purebred Cat Guarantee
All our cats are guaranteed against viral diseases for a period of fourteen (14)
days following the date of purchase. To validate this guarantee, you must have
your new kitten examined by a vet within 48 hours. Though all our cats have been
dewormed prior to the time of purchase, our 14 day guarantee does not in any way
cover internal or external parasites.
Purebred cats are guaranteed against all congenital ailments that may seriously
affect their long term health and quality of life for a period of one (1) year
from their date of birth provided the kitten was examined by a veterinarian
within the first 48 hours after purchase.
Should your kitten require any type of minor medication or antibiotics due to
infection during this time, NATURE PET CENTERS will issue you a store credit or
refund you for the amount upon presentation of a vet bill receipt.

Our Mixed and Purebred
Dog Guarantee
All our dogs are guaranteed against viral diseases for a period of fourteen (14)

one (1) year from their date of birth, provided the puppy was examined by a

Our Fish Guarantee
NATURE PET CENTERS guarantees the health of all its fresh
water fish* for seven (7) days after purchase. (* No guarantee on salt water
fish)
To serve you better, should you have any problems during this time which results
in the loss of your fish, please return to the NATURE location of purchase with
your sales receipt, the deceased fish, and a water sample from your aquarium in
a separate container.
Since local water conditions, PH levels, species compatibility and over-crowded
aquariums are some of the factors which determine the overall survival of your
fish, NATURE will give you a free analysis of your water to help determine if a
replacement is warranted.
The fish will not be replaced if it has died due to the owner's failure to care
for it properly. For further information on caring for your fish, see the
appropriate care guides above, or consult with your NATURE sales person on
available literature.

Our Reptile Guarantee
At NATURE PET CENTERS we strive to supply or clients with quality,
hand caught specimens of reptiles, amphibians and arachnids.
Unfortunately, due to their extremely delicate nature, we regret that we cannot
at this time offer any guarantee.

Our Small Animal
Guarantee
NATURE PET CENTERS guarantees the health of all its small animals for a period
of seven (7) days after the date of purchase with the presentation of the bill
of sale. This guarantee does not cover internal or external parasites.
